Shipping & Returns
Please note: Due to COVID-19 precautions, Canada Post has temporarily changed its delivery method. They will not be delivering parcels that require a signature or proof-of-age to the customer’s door. Instead, Canada Post will leave a notice card directing customers to a nearby post office where they can pick up their items by showing proof of identity.
Orders are processed and picked up between 3pm to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. It typically takes one business day to process an order. Shipping time can vary depending on your location and choice of courier.
Any orders sent with free shipping are shipped via Canada Post’s expedited parcel service. In order to qualify for free shipping, the subtotal of your order (after discounts, but before taxes) must exceed $50CAD.
We ensure that every order is shipped as swiftly as possible with the utmost care and diligence. If ever an issue should arise, you must contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. You will be prompted to confirm your purchase prior to payment.
For orders containing products that are DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
DOA orders are exchanged at 1:1 for the same items and are shipped free of charge.
PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED
We comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale and distribution of tobacco, nicotine and/or related products to customers over the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions; therefore, a signature and an ID check are required on delivery or pickup for all orders. As a result, packages cannot be left at the door or in a mailbox. Orders shipped to a P.O. box address will be held at your local Canada Post office for pickup.
You must be 19 years or over to purchase. If the courier is unable to verify your age upon delivery, the products will be returned automatically without any further reimbursements.
We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package and purchased products becomes the responsibility of the applicable courier. Delays and/or errors on the part of courier companies are completely out of our control. However, for your protection and convenience, we automatically insure purchases of up to a total amount of $100 CAD for any customers that request trackable shipping.
